What we collect
When you request a consultation, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, work email and company, and optionally your title, the program you are interested in and a note. We also record which language version of the site you used.
Like most websites, we receive basic technical information when you visit, such as the pages viewed, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device and browser type.
How we use it
We use consultation requests only to respond to you, arrange your consultation and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site: Vercel for hosting and site analytics, Resend to deliver consultation requests to us by email, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, including page views and completed consultation requests. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
Coaching confidentiality
Information shared during coaching, including recordings and notes, is handled separately from this website and stays between you and your coach, as described in our approach. Anything shared with a sponsoring organization is agreed in advance.
Retention
We keep consultation requests for as long as needed to respond and to manage an ongoing relationship, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have shared by emailing hello@soundamerican.us. You can also limit analytics and advertising measurement through your browser’s privacy settings or ad-tracking controls.

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
